What does every customer want?

The general belief states that ALL customers are interested in price rather than other the qualities a business can offer.  Price is a main factor for consumer, which importance can be decreased by the following qualities.

  1. Preparation – Customers want you to know to be very well acknowledged of their business and their needs.
  2. Simplicity – Customers want you to sell simple rather than naïve. Be able to provide the key information such as what are the benefits for them to acquire the product/service.
  3. Creativity – Customers want you to offer new ideas that won’t interrupt their regular activities. Contribute to their business to increase their productivity such as offering a night office cleaning services without interrupting their in-house porter service.
  4. Loyalty – Customers want business that will represent THEIR interests and create a long-lasting relationship.
  5. Accessibility – Customers want to be the priority of your business and address their problems immediately. Be able to provide all types of communications – email, cellphone number, personal phone number – and reply to their request immediately.
  6. Accountability – Customers want you to take full responsibility of your job performance. As an example, we offered a window cleaning and while performing the job a window get scratched, therefore we should replace the scratched window rather than passing the responsibility to the general contractors.

These qualities create a bigger value to your company and will increase the customer’s trust. A loyal, trustworthy, and valuable company is a great brand that all consumers want.
