White Diamond Contest Terms

White Diamond Contest is currently available to J&B Professional Cleaning Service (J&B) clients only. This is a voluntary contest and is not an obligation for clients to participate. J&B will place a white diamond on the J&B’s website on a monthly basis until J&B is able to organize the contest. First five winners will received a gift card. Upon completion of the contest, there will be certain client’s obligations to redeem their price.

Clients:
-A client is a person who works for a company who has done business with J&B Professional Cleaning Service (J&B) in the past three months in which a cleaning service, floor service, maid service or window cleaning has been performed and has been paid in full.
-A client is only eligible to play once per contest.
-One person only per client or company may be a winner.

Contest:
-A contest is held once per month. Therefore, a client can play once per month, every month.
-Contest is held from 12:00-3:00 pm, usually the third or fourth Wednesday of the month. Specific date is sent out in the monthly eNewsletter

Redemption:
-The first five clients to find the white diamond will be required to email the location to info@jb-cleaning.com between the hours of 12-3:00 pm on the assigned date.
-First five clients will be based on the time that J&B receives the email notification.

Reward:
-Every month, J&B will reward the first five clients with a gift card.
-Gift cards will vary in monetary value and store usage.

Winners:
-Winners will be required to fill out a 6 question survey one time only; usually their first time as winners.
-Winners will be required to take pictures every time.
-Photographs, digital images, and/or videotape may be used for news releases, training, educational materials and/or marketing materials. Material may include and is not limited to print, online, electronic, or digital production. J&B will NEVER REVEAL names or identity as descriptive text or commentary in connection with the image(s). All photographs, digital images, and/or videotape shall be the property of J&B Professional Cleaning Service.
